Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Spark Imagine offers free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

Spark Imagine ships standard worldwide only. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 8-15 days. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Spark Imagine ships worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 8-15 days after the 1-2 business day processing window. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then delivered in 8-15 days worldwide. Total time from order to delivery is typically 9-17 days.

Store & Locations

Do you have any retail store locations or physical pickup?

No. Spark Imagine is an online-only store. We do not have physical retail locations or in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to you with free shipping.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Spark Imagine is currently a retail-only store and does not offer wholesale, bulk, or B2B pricing. All customers receive the same retail pricing.

Discounts & Promotions

Do you have any active discount codes or promotions?

Yes. New customers can use code WELCOME15 for 15% off their first order. Additional seasonal promotions are announced via our email list — sign up on any product page to receive offers.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Spark Imagine offers a 30-day refund window from delivery. Damaged or defective items get a full refund. Products that do not meet expectations receive an 80% partial refund or full store credit. Change-of-mind requests within 7 days receive full store credit. We do not accept physical returns due to the personal nature of wellness products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Email info@sparkimagine.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Payments & Tracking

What payment methods do you accept?

Spark Imagine accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to the carrier. You can also track any order at sparkimagine.com/pages/track-your-order using your order number.

What currency are prices in?

All prices on Spark Imagine are in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert to your local currency at checkout.

Are your products safe to use?

All Spark Imagine wellness products are designed for safe at-home use and ship with full usage instructions. Each product page lists specific safety guidance — consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have a relevant medical condition.
