Not loving it? (within 30 days of delivery)

Email us at info@sparkimagine.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work for you. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — and we usually won't ask you to ship anything back. If you'd prefer a store credit instead, just ask — that's always your choice, never a requirement.

Damaged or defective? (within 30 days of delivery)

Send a photo or short video of the issue along with your order number and we'll make it right immediately — your choice of a free replacement or a full refund. No return needed.

Changed your mind before it shipped?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship (most orders ship within 24 hours). Email us as soon as possible and we'll catch it.

After 30 days

The guarantee window is 30 days from delivery. Past that, we can't offer refunds — but our team will still happily help you troubleshoot, and honestly, we're pretty good at it.
