Spark Imagine Return & Refund Policy

At Spark Imagine, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of wellness and massage products, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer the following refund options.

Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items (within 30 days of delivery): If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at info@sparkimagine.com. Include your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Once verified, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Product Does Not Meet Expectations (within 30 days of delivery): Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to troubleshoot. If we cannot resolve the issue, we offer either an 80% partial refund to your original payment method or a full store credit valid for 12 months.

Change of Mind (within 7 days of delivery): Contact us within 7 days for full store credit, valid for 12 months.

After 30 Days: Refunds and credits are no longer offered after 30 days from delivery. Our customer service team is still happy to help troubleshoot.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue, with photos or video if applicable
  4. Our team responds within 24-48 business hours

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Store credits are issued via email and do not expire for 12 months
  • Spark Imagine offers free shipping on all orders, so there are no original shipping fees to deduct
