At Spark Imagine, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of wellness products, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer the following refund options.

Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Items (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sparkimagine.com. Include your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Product Does Not Meet Expectations (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to troubleshoot any issues. If we can't resolve the problem, we offer either a partial refund (80% of purchase price) to your original payment method, or a full store credit for future use.

Change of Mind (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

If you simply changed your mind about your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer store credit for the full purchase amount, valid for 12 months.

After 14 Days

We are unable to offer refunds or credits after 14 days from delivery. Our customer service team is still happy to help troubleshoot any product issues you may experience.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue and attach photos or video if applicable
  4. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours

Important Notes

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Store credits are issued via email and do not expire for 12 months
