Spark Imagine Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Every Order
Spark Imagine offers free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. There are no shipping fees at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and US holidays). In rare cases, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
Worldwide standard shipping: 8-15 days from the date your order ships. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 9-17 days.
Spark Imagine ships standard worldwide only. Expedited or express shipping is not currently offered.
International Orders
Spark Imagine ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Customs clearance times vary by country and may extend delivery beyond the standard 8-15 day window.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track any order at sparkimagine.com/pages/track-your-order using your order number.
Wrong Address Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If you entered an incorrect address, email info@sparkimagine.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, orders enter processing and shipping addresses cannot be changed. Spark Imagine is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact info@sparkimagine.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no charge.
Possible Shipping Delays
Standard shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, holiday season volume, carrier delays, and customs clearance. We will keep you informed if a delay affects your order.
