Usage and Care

Power Connection
   - For home use, connect the power adapter to a standard plug.
   - For car use, connect the car adapter to the cigarette lighter.

Operation
   - Press the power switch on the control panel to start the massager.
   - Press the direction button to alternate the rotation of the massage nodes between forward and reverse.
   - Press the heat button to activate the red light heating function.
   - After use, turn off the massager and disconnect the plug.
